Welcome to Dogwood.

Dogwood at the Pine Shed is our third iteration of Dogwood! The first opened in Crested Butte, Colorado, followed by our second location downtown here in Bend. When the opportunity came to move into the Pine Shed, it felt like the right next chapter and a chance to help kick off what is now the Makers District.

We’re a craft cocktail spot built around good drinks, good music, and the kind of place we’d want to spend our own nights. From the beginning, our goal has been to create a space that feels welcoming and rooted in community.

Our cocktail menu changes with the seasons and pulls inspiration from ingredients and flavors we’ve loved from around the world, while staying connected to fresh, local produce whenever possible. We also offer thoughtful mocktails and a curated beer and wine list, so there’s something here for everyone.

As the night unfolds, the energy shifts. DJs help shape the mood, and our courtyard hosts a rotating lineup of food trucks that keeps things familiar while still offering variety.

Dogwood has always been about more than cocktails. We host markets, pop-ups, and community events because we believe in supporting local makers and giving people a place to connect naturally. Whether you’re stopping in for one drink or settling in for the night, we hope Dogwood feels like a place you belong.
